    Our returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your parcel, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

    In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

    Please note (for underwear) that if your product has been used or worn, no refund will be made! The purchase of a single product cannot be refunded (Law).
    If you have several products, the one you have tried will not be refunded.

    In the event of a damaged product, we will automatically send you a new 100% order at our expense.

    In certain situations, only a partial refund will be granted: (where applicable)
    * Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
    * Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

    Gifts
    If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift-giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

    You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

    The time taken to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

    If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
